Which founding father did NOT sign the Constitution of the United States?

Thomas Jefferson did not sign the Constitution of the United States because he was serving as the Minister to France at the time the Constitutional Convention took place in 1787. He was not present in Philadelphia to participate in the discussions or the final signing.
